As English department chair and teacher at Cheltenham High School for more than a decade, I guided hundreds of applicants through the college essay writing process and taught thousands of students to build strong writing habits while demystifying the process. From guiding reluctant writers to scaffolding learning supports, I help eliminate students' pain points—I've even coached multiple winners in the competitive New York Times Student Editorial Contest.

 

My expertise comes from years of curriculum development, diverse classroom experience, and my work as a professional freelance writer for local and national clients. I hold degrees from Penn State (BA Political Science/English), Arizona State (BA Theatre), and Arcadia University (MA English/Education).
